The motions also included a contract with Wind View Athletic Fields to provide repair services to the State Drive athletic field for $15,000. All construction motions carried by unanimous voice vote (8–0).
Superintendent Dr. Demensik discussed construction impacts earlier in the meeting, noting continued renovation work at the high school auditorium and stadium and advising the public of expected parking changes for commencement on June 5. The district also announced an accessibility survey open through May 31 to inform facility planning and identify outstanding access needs.
The board did not amend contract language on the floor; contracts and change orders were approved as presented with standard bid/contract references read into the record. Where specific contractor names and GCCO/ECCO/PCCO numbers were read, the minutes record the approvals as passed 8–0.
