Separately, the board discovered an annexation reclassification report for Bruce Helgeson had not been filed because staff "forgot to grab the report" last week. John, representing DD6, said the omission was an oversight. The board moved to file the annexation reclassification report and then set a hearing for Aug. 3 at 10:30 a.m., noting statutory notice requirements (not less than 40 days) when scheduling the date. The hearing plan calls for annexation matters to begin at 10:00 a.m. with a planned recess at 10:45 a.m.
