The ordinance amendment will be drafted with point‑A/point‑B language (north and south limits) and a related time restriction consistent with park parking rules; councilors said overnight parking prohibitions and park hours will be reflected in the final ordinance language.
The council did not record a roll‑call vote; the action passed by voice vote and will be returned for formal ordinance adoption in June.
