Nutley board approves routine academic, administration, finance and personnel resolutions

Mrs. Quirk moved academic resolutions 1 through 3 "as written"; the motion carried by roll-call vote with board members Mr. Balsamo, Dr. Dia, Mr. Delpiano, Mr. Fragginels, Mr. Gilbert, Mrs. Quirk, Mr. Scotty and Mr. Ferraro recorded as voting yes.
Administration resolutions (1—23) and finance resolutions (1—6) were similarly moved and adopted by roll-call vote. During the personnel roll call, board members voted in favor except for President Ferraro, who recorded an abstention on the personnel resolutions.
No new business motions that reversed prior actions were recorded. The board recessed to executive session to discuss personnel, contracts and legal matters per NJSA 10:4-12.
