Secondary campus update: RFP for construction manager to push some early work to 2029, building start still planned for 2031

Whitel emphasized that Brezlin will perform additional schematic design reviews at its cost before the CMAR comes on board to reduce imported fill, examine a partial three‑story option at the east classroom wing, evaluate ramps and lifts to lower first‑floor elevations, and explore eliminating an elevated patio to reduce impervious coverage.
