Groundbreaking set for Roberts Park skate park, pump track and trail; Parks director outlines summer programs

Steel said restroom vandalism has increased staff cleaning demands and urged residents to report incidents to police so the department can respond more quickly. Steel also announced that the library board has appointed Justin Flueg to the parks board; Flueg is expected to attend upcoming meetings.
The board offered no recorded objections and approved related routine motions during the meeting.
