Dr. Rob, the interim superintendent, presented three-year renewals and contract terms for seven employees including assistant principals, an elementary principal who will lead the new elementary school, an assistant facilities director and several program leads. The committee moved and voted to accept the contracts by roll call.
Dr. Rob also described a personnel reorganization tied to a retirement in the central office. The proposal is FTE-neutral and would replace the retiring staff member’s duties with a human-resources support role to work with the district’s new C director and adjust the executive assistant position. The committee voted to approve revised job descriptions and authorized staff to post the HR support role.
