At its May 20 meeting the Sanitary District voted to approve a sanitary tap application for a property at 8603 Christopher Drive in Lake County and approved routine accounts‑payable vouchers.
The board recorded fees for the sanitary tap as a $2,879 system development fee, a $70 plumbing permit fee, a $50 sewer permit and a $700 meter charge for a total of $3,699. Applicant Daryl Culver identified himself for the record and said the property is owned by his son, Jonathan Culver; the board approved the tap and authorized the town manager to provide a letter to Lake County confirming the district had no objection to servicing that lot.
The board also approved two vouchers dated May 20, 2026: an accounts‑payable voucher for the sanitary district totaling $44,234.95 for payroll, supplies, services and equipment; and a voucher for the wastewater utility totaling $536,221.81. Both motions were moved, seconded and passed by voice vote.
Robinson Engineering reported there are no current sanitary projects to note, the public works director had no updates and no public comments were offered before the board adjourned.
The meeting adjourned after the routine business.
