At the start of the May 19 meeting, Chairman Quish announced an executive session for pending litigation: Milford Crossing LLC v. Milford Planning and Zoning Board concerning 1357 Boston Post Road; the public meeting recessed for the session. The board later returned to open session and proceeded with new business.
Chairman Quish announced that the 2 Peekquat Street item had been postponed at the owner's request. A liaison report noted the regional council of governments found no problems with a Milford matter under its review; subcommittee members said a consultant is working on required materials and the board expects a draft before the end of June to meet a July 1 deadline. Members asked staff to share documents from other municipalities to inform the city's work.
The board approved the meeting minutes without objection and adjourned with no further business.
