Ashland honors crews and contractors for rapid response to raw-water leak

Personnel and contractor recognition Mr. Hall called forward numerous water, wastewater and distribution personnel and identified contractors who supported excavation and heavy equipment operations, including Southern Ohio Trenching and Excavating and a named crew. The board applauded those present and thanked background staff who provided logistical support during the emergency.
