Council amended an MDD appointment resolution to reappoint Dr. James Wallace (Place 2) and Joanna Gonzalez (Place 3) and to seat a council member to the board following Ron Ray Maker's departure. The council recorded the vote on the amended resolution as three in favor, one opposed and one abstention. The council also approved the annual reappointments for the municipal court clerk and for the municipal court judge and prosecutor, adopted banking signers for city accounts and approved minutes of March 11 and March 25, 2026.
Council treated the items as routine and adopted the resolutions and minutes without extended debate.
