In attendance for the closed session, the chair said, were himself, Vadim and Jeff Martin; ACC attorneys Stuart Barrel and administrator Kim Reeder were also present, and Charles Fuller was noted as present from the beginning of the closed session.
Vadim moved to enter the closed session; the motion was approved by voice vote. After the closed session, members returned to open session to review and approve the prior meeting minutes with corrections. Committee member (S2) identified two specific edits: "It's instead of lieutenant, it's sergeant," and that the earlier reference to "FPD" should read "GPD."
Vadim cautioned members about discussing closed-session details in open session, saying, "If you're gonna make amendments to closed session minutes, be careful ... you don't wanna betray the confidentiality of what happened in the closed session." Members agreed that any edits could be made in closed session and then approved in open session "as amended."
