Greg McNally, Planning Projects Manager, presented the request and said staff recommended approval of the extension. Applicant Mike Fasbender explained to the board that he had not yet obtained a required signature because of a transfer of lake use and an easement he became aware of about a month ago.
No public comment was received. Commissioner Andy Hunthausen moved to approve the extension; Commissioner Candace Payne seconded the motion, which passed 3–0.
