Commissioners also approved an irrigation pump purchase (8-inch, $10,700) and a Tab Electronics quote for a TV transmitter package ($10,003.59), citing the lower bid compared with an alternate quote.
Several motions were moved, seconded and carried with recorded "aye" votes; where transcript figures looked garbled or unusually large (for example a compressor repair figure), commissioners asked staff to verify numbers before final signing or payment.
