Mason County commissioners approve routine orders, sealed-bid sales and grant acceptance in Dec. 22 meeting

The court opened sealed bids and approved the sale of two Road & Bridge vehicles: a 2006 Chevrolet pickup to William E. Beaty III for $750.00 and a 2008 Dodge pickup to K's Hope Ranch (Leslie Klaerner) for $825.00. The action was moved by Commissioner Reggie Loeffler and seconded by Commissioner Dave Underwood; the motion carried.
Commissioners adopted an order authorizing appointment of employees and an order for disbursement of salaries for 2026; they also approved bonds for employees and elected officials and accepted the Concho Valley SART Biennial Report 2024-2025. The court ratified authorization for the County Clerk to enter into a Primary Election Service Contract with the County Elections Office and approved the Courthouse Grounds Use application from the Chamber of Commerce for the Round Up event.
