House lists two bills for committee consideration, then recesses for party caucuses

The House convened and briefly handled ceremonial and procedural business before moving to committee referrals and a recess for party caucuses.

Presiding over the session, the chair called the House to order. Megan Nelson offered the opening prayer, and Dylan Engelbrecht led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Clerical staff read House File 2799, identified by the committee on Ways and Means.
