On procurement actions, the commissioners approved a contract with Dynamic Group, LLC to serve as the second alternate vendor for debris clearance and removal services for a three-year term with an option to renew; the court authorized the County Judge to sign contract documents. The contract motion was made by Commissioner Shimek and seconded by Commissioner Mike Estlinbaum and passed unanimously. The court also authorized Matagorda County to issue and publish an Invitation for Bid for Alternate Project #67470 for PPV upfitted vehicles and related equipment for the Sheriff's Office; that motion was made by Judge Seiferman and seconded by Commissioner Cook and passed 5–0.
