Jackson proposed creating two roughly five-acre lots from a ~35-acre tract at 3840 N 1050 E in Clifty Township; the board approved dedication of 0.548 acres.
E911 Director Todd Noblitt presented a third amendment to the Verizon Americas, Inc. tower lease to permit replacement of Verizon equipment on the E911 Center tower; the amendment carries no additional cost to the county and the board approved it unanimously.
Commissioner Lienhoop presented ratification of a $5,188 payment to Circle R Mechanical Contractors for cleaning a clogged cooling loop in the Government Office Building; commissioners approved the ratification.
All three items passed by unanimous vote among those present. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for May 18, 2026.
