• Finance and administration: approved consent agenda, line-item transfers across departments, payment of bills with two noted exceptions (a $180 trip charge for a treadmill repair and a $400 locksmith charge related to Constable Jamie Hall), and a $10,000 contingency transfer for emergency management vehicle maintenance.
