It approved Resolution 2026-040 to move $9,120 between county funds for a fairgrounds interceptor project and Resolution 2026-041 to capture $21,433 in unanticipated federal forest reserve funds. The commission also approved a common-boundary realignment for 3 Peaks Development LLC and granted final plat approval for the Penwell Bridge Farm Minor Subdivision; vote tallies were recorded as 2 to 0 in each instance.
The commission opened a public hearing on the Blue Mountain Major Subdivision (proposed 37 residential lots on ~62 acres). After extended technical testimony and public comment about water-rights mitigation (the applicant presented a DNRC permit that uses infiltration galleries and metering), wildlife connectivity, park placement and notice, the commission asked staff and the applicant to bring back written, corrected conditions and continued the item to the regular meeting on June 16, 2026.
The meeting adjourned after the commission set the June 16 date.
