1) Interim financing resolution (Davenport & Company / IDA role): Motion by Mr. Roy, second by Mr. To. Board vote: 5—or, 0 gainst. IDA adopted a parallel resolution supporting the financing.
2) Bowling alley sale: Board accepted the high bid for the county-owned bowling alley and set a 60-day closing. Roll-call vote recorded as 5—or, 0 gainst.
3) PSR appointment: Supervisor Norton nominated Shannon Reed to the PSR board (at-large). Motion seconded and approved unanimously.
4) Authorization to sign English & Mosley schematic design letter: Motion to permit the county administrator to sign the design-development letter for the courthouse schematic designs was moved, seconded and approved.
