Wabasha County Regional Rail Authority appoints officers, sets 2022 meeting schedule

The appointments were part of routine organizational business conducted after Board Clerk Michael Plante called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. and the board approved the agenda. The board then adopted Resolution No. 2022-002 establishing that meetings will be called as necessary during 2022 and will begin at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise noticed, to be held in the Commissioners' Room at the Old Courthouse.
Both resolutions were recorded as "Adopted Unanimously" in the minutes. The motions to approve the agenda and consent agenda (which included the April 20, 2021 minutes) were moved and seconded by board members as reflected in the meeting record. The meeting minutes were certified by the board clerk at adjournment.
