CRA board backs $3.7 million allocation for Rio Grande District public improvements

Ashley (CRA staff) explained that the money comes from a previously established project budget (via FY24 budget amendment) and could be used for public improvements design, site preparation, and construction. A board member moved the allocation and the board approved the measure unanimously.
Next steps: staff will include the allocation in the CRA project schedule and proceed with design and sitework planning.
