The board waived bids and approved Purchase Order #26‑00854 to Action Fence Contractors of Mundelein in the amount of $33,150 for Public Works gate repairs. Separately, the board adopted a fourth amendment to a property‑management agreement with CBRE Inc. regarding village‑owned property at 165 North Archer Avenue.
On finance, Trustee Swank moved to approve governing‑body bills for the period 02/10/2026–02/23/2026 totaling $1,846,390.08; the board approved the payment list by roll call.
All motions were approved by voice and roll call where recorded; staff will carry out contract execution and budget accounting under normal administrative procedures.
