Broken Bow council approves 2025 TIF annual report, to send to affected taxing entities

Councilmember Travis Kleeb moved to approve the report and Paul Holland seconded. City Clerk Jennifer Waterhouse told the council the report lists active 2025 TIF projects and was approved by the Community Redevelopment Authority on April 23, 2026. She said Nebraska law requires the report be sent to any governing body or political subdivision whose property taxes may be affected by the TIF projects by May 1, 2026.
The council recorded a unanimous roll call vote among the three members present. No further details on individual TIF project finances or project updates are included in the minutes.
