Beardstown council approves skid steer lease, $3,000 for community fireworks and a fire-department washer

Ald. Keith Schramm moved, seconded by Ald. Mary Davis, to purchase a Groves washer from Dinges Fire for the Fire Department in the amount of $5,222.00; the motion passed by a 6–0 roll call vote with the same six members voting yea.
