"What you have before you is the ordinance adopting it," Greg said, summarizing the planning commission's recommendation and staff clarifications on housing questions. One council member (S6) said the work has "really just started" and pressed for measurable follow‑through: "Now we have to hold accountability. Now we have to measure ourselves against the plan," the member said.
