Resident urges postponement of Lennar Homes SEPHCP enrollment; consultant says no new endangered species listed

The resident also said other biologists had reported additional endangered species not included in the mitigation report.
Committee members raised the voicemail during consideration of the Lennar Homes application. Jenny Blair of Blair Wildlife Consulting, who was present to respond to technical questions, said: "So there are no new listed endangered species, that we're aware of that have been recently listed since Fish and Wildlife, approved the plan." Blair added that the plan could be amended later to add newly listed species if and when they are listed by the appropriate authorities: "We could ... amend the plan as necessary to add species onto it in the future at such time as they're listed."
The committee proceeded to a motion to approve the Lennar Homes enrollment and approved it by roll call. The transcript records staff summary of required golden‑cheeked warbler conservation credits (about 302.11 credits) and a mitigation total quoted in the meeting as approximately $2.67 million to be paid prior to enrollment.
No member of the committee moved to postpone consideration in response to the voicemail; the record does not show follow-up actions assigned to investigate the resident's assertion about missing species listings.
