County board approves Clearwater Point final plat, routine minutes and consent items

County planning staff presented the final plat for Clearwater Point Second Addition (parcel 50070563, section 7, Bay Lake Township) and recommended approval after the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment supported the request.
"All requirements have been met for the final plat application, and we recommend approval as submitted," a county services staff member said, noting that a required easement note was recorded last week and that Bay Lake Township recommended approval.
Commissioner Lee moved to approve the final plat; the motion was seconded and carried. Earlier in the meeting the board also approved routine items including the May 12 regular meeting minutes, the May 20 emergency meeting minutes, the agenda as printed and the consent agenda.
The board thanked staff for their work on the plat and moved on to other agenda items.
