City administrator proposes new website with online reservations and alerts for about $100 a month

The administrator noted the town could migrate to a .gov domain and centralize town emails, and described the ability to post alerts that automatically send emails and texts to subscribers. Council discussed cybersecurity and two-factor authentication after the mayor reported recent phishing attempts on council emails.
A motion to proceed with the website proposal was made and approved by voice vote; council asked staff to follow up on implementation details, security settings, and billing arrangements.
