The Pawling Town Board approved five routine resolutions during its meeting, covering budget amendments, equipment purchase and administrative reports.
Supervisor Schmidt moved the board's monthly fiscal amendments under Resolution 93; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call. The board then approved Resolution 94, backing a request from the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds to purchase a new Exmark LRX 980EK, a 72-inch mower, paid from the 2025 budget.
Resolution 95 authorized auctioning obsolete equipment (highway and buildings-and-grounds items) through an online auction platform. Resolution 96 accepted the 2024 Town Justice Court annual reports.
