Minutes: The council approved minutes from the Feb. 2 and Feb. 18 meetings by voice vote after a motion and second.
Dockets: Clerk-treasurer Carrie presented a town docket of $626,680.88 and a utility docket of $323,883.55; the council moved, seconded and approved payment of the bills by voice vote.
Police vehicle: The council approved a request from the North Manchester Police Department to purchase a 2026 Ford police Super Crew truck to replace an aging 2016 Impala. The police chief said the vehicle—quoted as costing about $18,000—would provide bed space for seized or found property and allow hauling training trailers; the council moved, seconded and approved the purchase by voice vote.
Conflict of interest: The council approved a conflict-of-interest form for Double Dads Entertainment, which will be submitted to the state because the company is doing work with the Parks Department.
Other votes at the meeting (recorded elsewhere in the agenda) included first reading approval of a floodplain ordinance and approval of a Phase One environmental contract for the Eel River Commons project.
