"We are no longer required by law to do the 87.5 hours of community engagement or otherwise known as family outreach hours," she said, and described plans for "a more formal walk through alignment" to ensure consistent quality across partner sites so "wherever children in Onalaska go to preschool, they'll have a similar high quality experience."
