Steve Parr, identified in the minutes as Broken Bow Street Superintendent and noted as presenting with JEO Consulting Group, Inc., gave the council an update on the One- and Six-Year Street Plan for fiscal year 2023/24. Parr reported the Memorial Drive renovation listed on the One-Year Plan has been completed. He said the two remaining One-Year projects are work in the Eagle Crest Subdivision and a water crossing on South 15th Avenue. Parr said staff will need input from the council in the next couple of months to prioritize and finalize projects for the 2023/2024 One- and Six-Year Plan.
Mayor Rod Sonnichsen said he would convene some council members to discuss ideas and prepare for the plan update. No formal action or appropriation was taken at the meeting on the street plan; the item was informational and staff will return with proposals once the council provides direction.
