The council first approved a motion by Alderperson Lisa Buhlig, seconded by Alderperson Eric Harbin, to dispense with the reading of the June 17, 2025 minutes and to approve them as published. Alderperson Eric Harbin moved the procurement; Alderperson Ron Culves seconded. The council also approved a contract with Axon Enterprises for a five‑year lease on tasers for the police department not to exceed $56,397.60. Alderperson Eric Harbin moved the contract and Alderperson Keith Schramm seconded; the motion passed unanimously by roll call under the Omnibus Vote Designation.
