The York City Council approved multiple consent items, including claims, monthly cash balances and a resolution to declare certain city property surplus.
The council considered a claim from "Tony North" of North Pernina Office Supply for $1,996.45; the council moved and approved the claim, with one recorded abstention by a member identified in the roll call as North. The Finance Committee reported it had met and reviewed claims for the period Feb. 7–20, 2025 and recommended approval; the council approved those claims as presented.
Council also voted to approve cash balances for the month of September 2024 and for January 2025 following routine motions and seconds.
On Resolution 2025-2, which the chair described as authorizing disposition of surplus city property, a councilor said the items included two treadmills and the council voted to approve the resolution.
All consent items passed on recorded voice votes or roll call as reflected in the meeting record.
