Cultural Arts Advisory Committee approves Dec. minutes, records meeting dates and adjourns

The Havelock Cultural Arts Advisory Committee called its Jan. 7, 2025, meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and approved the December minutes.
Sue Steinhauster made the motion to accept the December minutes; Trish Butler seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. Committee members present for the vote were Chairperson Lacey Robinson, Co‑Chairperson Trish Butler, Recreation Director Kelvin Hardesty, Sue Steinhauser, Donna Thompson and Secretary Veronica Campos‑Hallstrom.
Members noted changes to the regular meeting schedule: Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. and Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., both at City Hall. The committee confirmed its next meeting for Feb. 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
With no further business, Chairperson Lacey Robinson declared the meeting adjourned at 6:07 p.m. Trish Butler moved to adjourn, Donna Thompson seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
