Judge Crane administered the oath of office to Michael Fallock, who was sworn in as city commissioner for McAllen’s District 5.
"I, Michael Fallock, do solemnly swear," Fallock recited during the ceremony and later told the commission he was "incredibly honored and humbled to be stepping into the role of the city commissioner here in District 5." Fallock said he will focus on support for police and fire, increasing parks, improving stormwater drainage and pursuing projects that improve residents’ day‑to‑day quality of life.
