County Controller Joe Rodderow reported total accounts payable of $7,643,630.85 and total employee payroll of $5,744,728.84 for a combined cash disbursement of $13,388,359.69 for the week ending March 27, 2026.
A commissioner announced that Moody's had reaffirmed the county's AAA bond rating and congratulated CFO Laura Jones and the budget team. "This is the first time in her new role as CFO that she has had to defend basically our AAA bond rating," the commissioner said, noting the county was among a small share of counties with that rating.
These items were presented as routine financial reports; no budget votes or policy changes were proposed at the meeting. The board approved the meeting agenda by voice vote early in the session and adjourned after regular business.
