Rogers described the evaluation approach as a way to compare roughly nine different options against a baseline that assumes a building is brought up to code so the delta among options can be scored for reimbursement and cost. Little said the town will continue to report updates to the committee and that the Appropriations Committee will monitor any budget implications as options and reimbursements are clarified.
