City outlines spring clean-up rules; resident clarifies earlier comment on cell-tower rezoning

During public comment, resident Denise Rents stated she misspoke at a previous meeting when she said the public was not properly notified about a cell-tower rezoning. She clarified at this meeting that she did not intend to imply that Mr. Lyle (a staff member) had done anything wrong; she acknowledged that he fulfilled the city's rezoning requirements and said she meant only that the required notice might not be sufficient. She asked to publicly correct the record and expressed gratitude for staff work.
