Board adds fiscal health risk analysis to May 22 agenda; schedules certificated employee recognition

"I would like to ask that we put as an action item the fiscal health risk analysis for the May 22nd meeting," the committee member said. The chair replied that he would contact the board's previous FCMAT contact to obtain a quote and a scope of work in time for the May 22 meeting; the chair and the requesting member indicated there was no opposition to scheduling the report.
Board members also noted the district will host a certificated employee of the year recognition on May 15; the board said invitations will be issued to members.
The board asked staff to return to the May 22 meeting with the fiscal health analysis and the anticipated cost so the board can consider it formally.
