"Teachers have reacted positively to these tools," the committee report stated, while also flagging concerns about student plagiarism and academic integrity.
The committee scheduled a follow‑up meeting for April 29 to continue discussion on effective prompts, ethical use and plagiarism mitigation strategies. The board did not take formal action on AI policy at the meeting.
