The commission voted to approve the minutes after giving new commissioners time to review the packet. Commissioner (speaker 6) moved to approve and Commissioner Capiello seconded; the motion passed. Commissioners then nominated and voted to install Commissioner Capiello as chair; the presiding officer turned the meeting over to Capiello, who thanked outgoing chair Ross Ritter and emphasized continuity and mentorship for incoming members.
