Audit of draft articles vs. transcript (Galloway Township BOE, April 13, 2026)

I audited the draft articles against the transcript and the Issues Rules checklist. Below are identified issues and proposed fixes implemented in the revision.

Attribution lock: The articles restrict quotes and attributions to speakers identified in the transcript (e.g., Superintendent Santilli, Anthony, Coach Franks). Where the transcript did not provide full names or where spellings varied, the article used the form most consistently used in the transcript and flagged inconsistencies.

Transcript segment error check: No invalid SEG references were introduced; all segment ranges in timeline and provenance match segments present in the transcript.

Summary of fixes to apply in revision: normalize 'Arthur Rand' spelling, normalize 'H Vac' → 'HVAC', preserve that cause within HVAC units is unresolved, and flag inconsistent board-member surname spellings without inventing alternate spellings. These fixes are applied in the final articles.
