Council discussed available funds and indicated members could use personal spending accounts or existing travel budgets to cover costs; the council approved the travel authorization and budget allocation unanimously.
The trip is scheduled April 19-23, and participating officials will meet with congressional staff and agencies as part of regional base and infrastructure advocacy.
