Tanya (Katangale) described unresolved complaints against the adult-probation office, alleging the agency has not used available medical accommodations and that formal complaints have gone unacknowledged. She urged better responsiveness and community resources for teens and people in need.
Kenny Reynolds (Homes for Freedom) described two veterans-focused initiatives: building a memorial gate at a county cemetery and constructing tiny homes for homeless veterans, and asked for community support and participation in fundraising events.
Other speakers thanked the council for retaining Art Walk and for community events; one family member described difficulties navigating foster-care placement for a grandchild and asked the council to look into systemic oversight issues. Council members acknowledged the comments and noted next steps where applicable.
