Bailey explained the assessment categories (PWNA, PWNRA, PWNRC, PWRC, PWRA), provided counts for each category (for example, he reported 1,617 PWNA units, 341 PWNRA units, 15,209 PWNRC units, 24,496 PWRC units and 841 PWRA units) and said the assessments were calculated based on a proposed 2026 debt service budget of $5,382,615. He read the resulting per‑unit charges: PWNRA and PWRA units at $66.78 per unit; PWNRC and PWRC units at $133.57 per unit; and PWNA at $0.10 per unit. According to Bailey, a typical single‑family home assessed as a PWRC would have an annual sewer charge of $133.57; a two‑family residence would be charged $267.14.
There were no members of the public signed up to comment on the sewer assessment during the hearing. After the presentation the board moved to adopt Resolution 488 and recorded unanimous aye votes.
The board recorded adoption of the roll at the meeting; administrative staff will follow usual procedures for finalizing the assessment and billing adjustments.
