Ordinance O-2605-16: Adopted on second reading (see separate coverage). The clerk read the ordinance caption, the council discussed the measure and the clerk recorded Aye votes from members present.
Resolution R-2605-13: The council adopted Resolution R-2605-13 authorizing a master services agreement with DCCM Infrastructure Inc. for Carrington Woods Lake Dam inspections. A motion was made, seconded and approved on roll call.
Alcohol license: The council approved an on-premises alcohol license application for Little Tokyo, Milledgeville, LLC (applicant listed as Hua Chun) for the premises at 2588 North Columbia Street for beer, wine and alcohol consumption on site. The clerk read the application; council moved, seconded and approved the license by roll call.
Votes: For the ordinance and the other roll-call items the clerk recorded Aye votes from the members present (Miss Simmons; Doctor Lee; Miss Mapp; Miss Pendergast; Doctor Wills; Miss Schanholster). The meeting record shows unanimous Aye tallies for the items presented.
