The Librarian said the presentation will be a PowerPoint at the City Council meeting and encouraged board attendance for support during the presentation.
No formal action was taken on the report at the meeting beyond reviewing the outline; staff said a copy of the full narrative will be circulated to board members for review prior to the council presentation.
